Who are we?
We are Succeed Consultancy. Our website is here and our blog is here. We provide UK-based clients with anything from full life-cycle implementations down to short-term specialist engagements. We also have some genuinely innovative large-scale products that I’ve detailed on the Frameworks page.
Why are we doing this?
The aim of this site is to share much smaller pieces of work than our Frameworks – and to a wider audience than our UK clients. Hopefully you’ll find at least a couple of things here that’ll make you implementation smoother or ease some of the administrative burden of your live system.
Once I buy an App, what do I get?
We’ll send you the code that you need to install the App and the documentation showing how to get it working in your environment. There are no annual license costs, so you’re free to use the App forever, and on as many of your environments as your company wishes. If Oracle release an update to PeopleSoft (either an incremented Application version or a PeopleTools release) that affects the functionality of the App that you’ve purchased then we’ll provide an updated version free of charge.
How do I know the App will work?
Clients in the UK can vouch for Succeed’s reputation for excellence of delivery (and in fact voted us the UKOUG PeopleSoft Partner of the Year for 2011/12). If you’re unfamiliar with our work, all of our App description pages will show whether the App has been purchased or installed by other clients already, which should give you a little more confidence of its likely effectiveness.
What if I’m unhappy with an App?
If you purchase an App and are unhappy then you can ‘return it’. We’ll give you a full refund. This will make us a little sad though, so we’ll want to know why and hope that you’ll give us opportunity to correct wherever we’ve fallen short.
