Simple and effective enhancements for your PeopleSoft system

Frameworks

The enhancements that you can see here are all quite quick and easy to get up and running, and they’re geared to change one aspect of your system.  If you’re looking for something bigger, that’ll bring a much broader set of benefits then allow me to point you in the direction of Succeed Consultancy’s frameworks.

These frameworks sit alongside your delivered PeopleSoft codebase and allow you to rapidly improve your application using the principle of configuration not customisation – therefore keeping it easy to upgrade.

The three initial frameworks are Dynamic Forms, Alerts and Event Engine.

Dynamic Forms

Dynamic Forms enable you to replace your paper based forms with an attractive online equivalent.  Fields can be defaulted/pre-populated with data from the system to reduce the time taken to fill the form in, screens can be split into multiple wizard-steps and changes to your forms are reflected straight-away – there’s no need for a new print-run.

Alerts

The Alerts Framework allows you to surface any error and validation checks on your users’ homepages.  An alert is created using configuration, and can target data in any area of the system.  It’s then shown on selected user’s homepages, along with descriptive text, row counts and hyperlinks to take you directly to the relevant pages.

Event Engine

The Event Engine framework enables you to add complex validation and/or post-processing to your system in a non-invasive manner.

If you’d like to know more about these frameworks, I’d be happy to arrange further discussion and/or a demo.  Contact me here.
